Calm, time and your own pace.
For the hot stone massage, I work with heated stones and warm oil. The warmth is felt as pleasant and calming.
Calm, flowing movements alternate with the placement of the stones – a particularly restful form of massage.

The body is prepared for the warmth of the stones with warm oil.

Massage with the warm stones alternating with hands-on strokes.

Resting wrapped in warmth, letting the treatment settle in.
